Daughter of former UFC heavyweight champ to headline DWCS event

Bella Mir, daughter of former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, will headline Dana White's Contender Series Season 10 Week 3 on a quest to earn her UFC contract. The 23-year-old bantamweight, who boasts a perfect 4-0 record, takes on Alex Apodaca (3-1) at Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

Mir made her professional debut in 2020 before stepping away for nearly three years to hone her grappling skills. She returned to action in July 2025, submitting Stephanie Calderon in the opening round under the Fury FC banner. This matchup against Apodaca will mark Mir's fifth professional bout and her first competition in over a year. Apodaca arrives on a three-fight winning streak, most recently defeating Devon McDonald by decision at Fury FC.
