Conor McGregor’s return prompts huge ticket sales with some seats costing more than $24K each

Conor McGregor's highly anticipated return to the UFC has ignited unprecedented ticket demand, with premium seats for his comeback bout against Max Holloway at UFC 329 commanding extraordinary prices. The event takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Third-row octagon-side seats are priced at $24,600 each, while fourth-row seats on the opposite side fetch $15,990. Floor seats start at just over $7,300, and even the cheapest available seats in the uppermost deck run $1,822—before taxes and fees. AXS, handling ticket sales, reports that inventory has moved at a rapid pace since pre-sales opened.
Beyond standard ticketing, the UFC has partnered with OnLocation—the event-planning division of parent company TKO Group Holdings—to offer premium VIP packages. The two top-tier options, featuring front-row floor seats, have already sold out with six weeks remaining before the event. The "Rising Star" package has also sold out. Remaining VIP options begin at $13,500 per person and $8,000 per person, bundling floor-level or lower-level seating with ceremonial weigh-in access, athlete meet-and-greets, and exclusive in-venue hospitality.
McGregor, returning after a five-year layoff and recovery from a broken leg sustained in 2021, remains the UFC's biggest draw. His previous fights have generated live gates exceeding $17 million in 2016 and 2018. Industry observers expect UFC 329 to potentially exceed those figures, possibly marking McGregor's largest gate ever outside his 2017 boxing exhibition against Floyd Mayweather, which grossed over $55 million.
