Daniel Cormier denies exposing chat with Eric Trump: 'I got hacked'
Daniel Cormier denied responsibility for screenshots of alleged private messages with Eric Trump that briefly appeared on his X account Sunday before being deleted, claiming his social media account was compromised.
The deleted posts reportedly showed Trump's eldest son requesting insider information about fights at the UFC White House event and asking whether any contests were rigged. While sharing the screenshots, Cormier wrote that he would not be silenced. Eric Trump subsequently dismissed the alleged messages as fake and AI-generated. Cormier has since claimed the posts were not authentic and attributed them to unauthorized access of his account. "Not real," Cormier said. "I got hacked or something like that. Why would I do that?" The former UFC double champion and current commentator also posted an Instagram story suggesting he had been logged out of his account, further supporting his hacking claim.
